COMMUNITY REVIEWS

It's not Tommy... submitted by tbbrown76 on July 13, 2014, 11:47am but it's okay. Give it a listen.

overrated, but still pretty great submitted by lisa on August 20, 2015, 9:52am People used to think this was THE Who collection, but as time's gone by I've been less moved by it.

No small thing...... submitted by kencza on July 22, 2018, 11:49am It IS The Who along with a collection of their better non hits and some hits.
There is power and their is poignancy, The rhythm section of Entwistle and Moon
is dominate at times but the vocals of Daltry and the crisp guitar of Townshend
resonate throughout.

As It Turns Out, They Were Next submitted by Meginator on August 21, 2021, 9:01am This deluxe album features three sets of recordings: the original album, supplemental studio cuts, and live recordings (primarily taken from the band’s other releases). The studio recordings are the best part, and include some of the group’s best-ever cuts; you can tell that their live shows were an exciting experience, but the performance quality is markedly lower and the energy doesn’t translate well to an audio-only format. Altogether, though, disc one is essential listening for anyone who enjoys rock and roll.

Fond memories of Saturdays submitted by Duckling on June 19, 2023, 3:02pm This soundtrack I used to listen to with my dad every weekend on the way to and from my soccer games. My favorite songs are Baba O'Reilly, my generation and won't get fooled again. The vibe that you get from it is a warm spring day with a cool breeze and morning light. Especially with Baba O'Reilly.
