Interesting Twist

Always fun to read or see alternative tellings of fairy tales. This one has more believable interactions between Danielle (Cinderella), her step-mother and step-sisters.

Better for teens

I used to like this movie as a teenager, but I watched it recently, and it was just so bad. Drew Barrymore's accent is awful. Why does she have an English accent if she's supposed to be in France? And she can barely do the English one at that. The best part of this movie was Richard O'Brien being delightfully creepy.

Ever After

Great movie, cute story, fun to watch.

Still a fairytale

Not your usual Cinderella

A fun and sweet alternate Cinderella. The stepsisters in particular are a treat. Don't ask why Leonardo DaVinci is part of the story, just enjoy it.
