Three Men and Adena.. submitted by irenzero on July 6, 2013, 10:40pm H:Lots season 1 disc 2 has one of thee all time classic episodes of TV ever in Three Men and Adena. The episode revolves mainly about the 12 hours that Det Bayliss and Pembleton have to get a confession from Risley Tucker (Moses Gunn) in the murder of Adena Watson. It's a powerful hour of TV which sets up the true power of the box and the battle of wills, of personality and work style that will play out between Bayliss and Pembleton for the next several seasons. Even if you don't watch the whole run of H:LOTS seeing Three Men and Adena is worth it on it's own.

the other two episodes on the disc set up the story of Patrolman Chris Thormann who is blinded in shooting, he's a friend of Det Crosetti .. they are solid episodes that deal with the personal side of investigating crimes where the victim is someone you not only know but care about. Actors Luis Guzmán, Paul Schulze and Edie Falco appear in the episodes...
