Be warned though, the recipes from this book are not for amateur cooks to try. The techniques used can only be mastered with practice. There are a lot of chances to customize your dishes too.

What can you say?? submitted by bookher on August 9, 2023, 2:58pm I mean, what can you say? It's Julia Child!!! I could read her cookbooks all day! Some of the recipes are complicated and the ingredients difficult to find now in 2023.
