Dragon submitted by cinderellariley on July 3, 2011, 10:35am The dragon freaked me out a little bit

Classic! submitted by Jhopson on July 21, 2012, 11:41pm Loved this movie growing up!

Sweet submitted by Zekicmom on June 22, 2013, 9:28pm This was my absolute favorite movie when it first came out.

A Kid's First Dragon submitted by Fevvers - STAR473 on August 8, 2014, 12:38am I loved this movie when I was a kid. The effects of using an animated dragon in a live-action setting of course looks dated now, but it works really well in spirit, highlighting the fantastical nature of Elliot the dragon. The story is sweet, and the interactions between the little boy and the big, good-natured, slightly clumsy dragon still brings a smile to my face.

Classic submitted by Xris on June 26, 2018, 8:32pm I loved seeing this on TV as a kid! The dragon was so cute! And Mickey Rooney as the town drunk is so funny. And my favorite voice (reader of the Harry Potter audio books) is Jim Dale as the snake-oil salesman!!!

Pete's dragon submitted by JY 2005 on August 6, 2018, 7:11pm Pete is a child who lives in the forest and he meets a dragon, the dragon can become transparent to hide from enemies. Pete if found by humans from the city and he is taken and he tells everyone about the dragon and they try to capture the dragon.

Pete's Dragon submitted by SBNB on August 17, 2018, 3:22pm This is an old movie, but it's not bad watching it now 40 years later. It's a fun kids movie, though maybe not for little kids.

Not my favorite submitted by Abbie D. on July 9, 2022, 11:55am Cute idea, but I never really liked it as a kid. However, my older sister really liked it. Perhaps one to watch when kids are a bit older.
