When shy, beautiful Sissi is the victim of a horrible car accident, a handsome small-time criminal comes to the rescue and saves her life. Once she recovers, she sets out to find him and discovers that he is a violent man with a conflicted past and dangerous future. It doesn't take long for the two to meet again - during a deadly bank robbery. Now it is her turn to save his life.

This is a Very Good but Very Overlooked Film. submitted by halalheather on June 12, 2011, 1:01pm If you believe in second chances in life and moving on to a better place from where you are, please watch this movie! This is a gem! I am very impressed with Tom Tykwer's ability to take a relatively simple story and make it more wonderful with camera angles, music and underrated actors like Franka Potente who is also in Run Lola Run, another Tykwer classic.
