Most important book I've ever read
There is no agreement required, no force, no conclusions, only questioning thoughts and finding one's own truth, as I did after reading it. Helped me get through divorce happily and without anger toward my ex or in front of our child.
I love what is. jaude77 doesn't. Perfect.

AVOID
The author is a horribly narcissistic and narrow-minded person...if you don't agree with her, you are "not ready" for "the work." She has absolutely no credentials (unless you count a mental breakdown in her 40s). She forces participants to come to appalling conclusions- i.e., needing nothing from anyone else is healthy and ideal, or being abused as a child really WAS their fault and they wanted it to happen. Her program is disturbingly cult-like and her unprofessional "help" could really be damaging to those in need of real help. If you want some simplistic but effective tools for self-help, try "The Four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz, or if you're willing to do REAL work, see a therapist for some Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
