A story in poems, about a boy who doesn't like poetry, a dog, kid's book authors (especially Walter Dean Myers!), and writing. Perfect for National Poetry month.

I love this book! It takes the world of a young student writing poetry into a whole new view. It's a great change from regular novels. Be sure that you don't miss it.
