Engaging submitted by aschling on August 18, 2010, 9:15am Angels and Demons is the first book I have read by Dan Brown. I have been meaning to read his books for years now and I'm so glad I finally started. This book was hard not to read once I started. It takes you on an adventure through Vatican City and Rome. Having been there, I found it especially exciting when landmarks or artwork I have seen were mentioned. From the begining of the book when Robert Langdon gets a mysterious phone call the book is exciting and never gets dull. It seemed that towards the end, when you think you have one of the characters figured out things would change. This happened often enough to keep you engaged and to keep it exciting but it never got confusing or annoying. I thought it was a great book and am looking forward to reading more Dan Brown.

if you like Brown'a writing style submitted by brittanyalmassalkhi on August 10, 2011, 7:17pm be prepared to be taken on another suspenseful journey! another great adventure through another powerful city- Rome!

Keeps you reading submitted by steveiew on June 26, 2015, 4:51pm With cliffhangers at the end of nearly every chapter be prepared for non-stop reading. Of the Robert Langdon books that Brown has written this is by far my favorite. It is far from predictable and keeps you guessing until the very end.

Great Read! submitted by dd8 on August 16, 2018, 3:17pm And I am left STUNNED. Incredibly, this one is the one to top when it comes to adventure & history and pace & ingenuity.

Angels & Demons submitted by SBNB on August 19, 2022, 11:56am I've read this book and also The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown, and this one is definitely my favorite of the two. The puzzles and storyline kept me interested, and I still think about parts of this book 20 years later.
