Charlie Brown CD submitted by 0liviap0pp on July 1, 2011, 6:29am Vince Guaraldi's music is very entertaining. I even learned how to play Christmas Time is Here and Linus and Lucy on the piano because I thought his music was great.

The best Christmas album submitted by bchapman630 on July 14, 2013, 5:36pm I bought this CD in Starbucks many years ago and ended up collecting several copies to keep one with me at all times. Now I own the digital copy and try to make myself wait until December to break it out - because it is so nostalgic and so lovely. Great album, the best!

Christmas essential submitted by jibkidder on July 2, 2022, 4:36pm Christmas music is controversial but if you need that shopping at Walgreens in late November vibe this is a great place to start.
Just Genius submitted by Meginator on August 21, 2022, 7:05pm These songs have become so culturally intertwined with the Christmas season that it’s almost easy to gloss over its genius, but this piano-driven jazz album is absolutely sublime and holds up on its own apart from its association with the familiar animated television special. Guaraldi is easily at home on the keys and experiments with time signatures and syncopation in a way that feels natural with the free-flowing melodies he concocts. Both the renditions of familiar carols and the original compositions have a balance of timelessness and innovation to them, making this an outstanding Christmas classic and a fantastic mid-century jazz album as well.
