The Senses submitted by SBNB on August 6, 2015, 10:23pm Not bad. It’s very informative, especially the part about sight. The story was weak though. Overall, not at the top of my list for Magic School Bus.

Longer than the others submitted by PharmRach on June 12, 2021, 6:54pm This book is my least favorite of a wonderful series overall. It tries to tackle all 5 senses in detail, which makes it pretty long and the storyline not as compelling. Love these books in general though!

From a 6 year old submitted by jgerman79 on August 9, 2021, 1:04pm I love it. I like when they go in the dog's nose. Ms. Frizzle is funny because her papers just blow out.

Interesting Micro and Macro Storylines submitted by Meginator on August 1, 2022, 3:19pm Content Note: The book’s illustrations can be a little uncomfortable for anyone who is squeamish about anything entering the eyes.

This installment of the Magic School Bus adventures finds Miss Frizzle’s class at the mercy of the new assistant principal, providing a nice change from the standard narrative and allowing readers to learn a little more about the Frizz herself as her students follow her around town. The book systematically explores the five major senses by taking readers into the organs that control them, and from there into the brain. Along with the main storyline, the book is dotted with miniature research assignments by members of Miss Frizzle’s class that provide additional scientific information. The pages can be a bit frenetic and busy, but the story is amusing and fits in well with the rest of the series.

So funny submitted by bears2567 on August 28, 2022, 2:36pm My daughter really loves this!!
