One of my favorite books! submitted by eilusk on June 21, 2022, 8:09pm I loved this book series growing up! Sammy is a likable, funny, clever narrator and the setting + supporting cast are really charming too. The author does a great job developing Sammy's personal drama and social life over the course of the books /and/ presenting a creative and engaging stand-alone mystery in each book. The Hotel Thief is a great start and you should check it out! I remember looking for these books a while back and not seeing them at AADL - maybe they're a new addition? I'll have to have a reread soon!
