Excellent Breads

I love this book it takes you from simple Quick breads to more involved holiday breads and even breads fit for main courses.

If you want to try your hand at artisan breads then pick this book up... If time wasn't an issue I'd be up at 4am baking bread every day. the sour dough bread on page 56 is so simple and well punching down the dough is a good way to get your day started ;0)
