Everyday math you can really use submitted by anonymous on August 9, 2007, 10:05pm Exposes examples from the media of number abuse – light bulbs that generate power, using the wrong base for figuring percents, double-counting, car payment trickery, scale and large numbers, picking samples, etc. Not quite as interesting to read as Freakonomics, but still good.
