Italian Cooking submitted by i'm a blobfish on June 25, 2019, 9:00pm I love all the uses of herbs in this book like basil and parsley. I really liked the dishes too, though some are a little too salty for me. You can adjust the recipes to your liking but I always add a ton of cheese. The recipes are easy to understand though I would have preferred the use of pictures.
