this book is great
Dragonwings
Moon Shadow goes to America- a place he has never been, to live with his father- a man he has never met. The only thing he knows is that his father makes great kites and that the "white demons" (Americans) are evil. Moon Shadow has to face his fears and possibly make friends with an American.
