Dragonwings submitted by Smiles on July 14, 2011, 12:55pm Moon Shadow goes to America- a place he has never been, to live with his father- a man he has never met. The only thing he knows is that his father makes great kites and that the "white demons" (Americans) are evil. Moon Shadow has to face his fears and possibly make friends with an American.

Surprisingly enjoyable submitted by mrajraspn08 on August 13, 2016, 10:09am When I was assigned to read this for a class in college, I was immensely disappointed at the lack of dragons, so much so that I didn't want to continue with it. But I was glad I did. It's a great way to learn about history and prejudice without having it shoved down your throat. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it, and I've even reread it several times just for fun.
