This is another great one from Maurice Sendak that will give you warm fuzzies and take you back in time to when all the distractions of today didn't exist. Have a seat in a big chair, grab some cocoa and a blanky and enjoy this one along with Kenny's window, and very far away.

Unusual book submitted by pamelawright on July 17, 2016, 2:19pm This was an unusual book. The young boy first loses his clothes and is then almost baked in the oven. My daughter was shocked at the nudity and a little scared. Just a heads up.

sendak submitted by qmomo on July 2, 2019, 5:21pm classic maurice sendak book with beautiful art inspired by the comic strips of winsor mccay. a young boy goes on a surreal night journey (and yes, is naked for some of the book, inspiring numerous censorship campaigns against this title over the years.) i loved this book as a kid.

Sendak at his best - we read this to a 4 year-old girl who asked for it again and again.
