Mostly soy-free

While this book does not specifically say that the recipes are soy-free, when I looked through the recipes and ingredients list for each recipe, I noticed that most of these are also soy-free. They call for ingredients like "butter" instead of "margarine" or "vegetable oil" or "shortening".
I did not include it on my list of "soy-free" resources since it does not specifically avoid soy, but the majority of the recipes can be made without soy as well as without gluten, dairy, and/or eggs. I have not actually tried any of the recipes so I cannot say whether or not they taste good. I simply looked through to see if the recipes were soy-free.
