Deeply Thought-Provoking submitted by ajstemp on June 27, 2018, 12:15pm The Great Divorce is thought-provoking and soul-wrenching, as are many things by Lewis. It's a fascinating examination of the reasons we choose comfort, self-sufficiency, pride, or, ultimately, ourselves over what Christ offers us, all portrayed through conversations and interactions. It's a quick read, but one that stays with you long after the book is finished.
