Led Zeppelin II submitted by Fevvers - STAR473 on August 4, 2016, 1:16am Blues, folk, and hard rock blend together in Led Zeppelin, and "II" is no exception. It has the hits "Whole Lotta Love" and "Ramble On" and the lesser-known tracks are pretty great. "Ramble On" and "Heartbreaker" are probably my favorites from this album.

Uneven, But It Has a Few All-Timers submitted by Meginator on August 27, 2022, 5:49pm This classic album has a couple of duds, but its best tracks are absolutely iconic and outweigh the album’s low points. The band really dials into their low-key, hard-hitting style and creates some explosive moments where the two musical instincts collide. Even “Moby Dick”, the classic instrumental track that consists mainly of a drum solo, manages to grab and keep the listener’s attention without the benefit of lyrics. Taking the blues and warping them through the lens of rock, the band has a style all their own that is immediately and uniquely identifiable. Despite their uneven level of quality, these tracks still hit hard today and deserve their place in the rock pantheon.
