Classic submitted by ks1287 on June 22, 2013, 8:35pm This is a classic children's book about following your own heart and not needing to fit in with the crowd. Ferdinand does what he loves most and doesn't let anyone pressure him into being something he's not.

Charming submitted by suttonp on July 25, 2022, 1:33pm A sweet and lovely story of a sweet and lovely soul.
It's OK to not like the same things as everyone else submitted by MistyFabulous on July 5, 2023, 7:42pm Ferdinand liked to spend his time different than all the other bulls. This book shows that it is OK to like something different and just be happy with yourself. The Ferdinand the Bull movie is based on this book but adds more conflict so that it would be more interesting to watch. But this book is good just as it is.
