Perfect submitted by Daniel Saltzman on January 4, 2010, 2:30pm The sequel to Ender's Game, this book takes place years after the original story, though precisely how many years is a matter of interpretation. An in-depth look into the human psyche, especially family/tribal interactions and the ideas of good and evil, this book is simply perfect. Read it. Then read it again.

Great Sci-Fi submitted by 0liviap0pp on June 24, 2011, 8:32am This is a perfect sequel to Ender's Game. An absolutely stunning book. Nothing can ever be its equal.

A sequel that stands alone submitted by porglezomp on July 8, 2011, 10:57pm Card differs from many writers in his ability to write a sequel. This book fits into the previous story beautifully, and leaves much empty, both for your imagination and his to slowly fill in. It also stands apart from many sequels in that it was written to stand on it's own, and not require the explanation of previous happenings, all of which are revealed at various moments throughout this, and the later books. It exceeds the quality of Ender's Game by far, and I recommend it to both fans of the prequel, and those who have never read it. A wonderful book.

Speaker For The Dead submitted by slsk on August 16, 2011, 9:38am I loved it even more than Ender's Game.

A must submitted by dahyatt on July 13, 2017, 9:46pm If you've read Ender's Game, you must read Speaker for the Dead. An excellent continuation of the Ender Wiggan story.

Amazing Book submitted by Saile on August 23, 2017, 10:22am As good, if not better than Ender's Game, and that's saying a lot.

Best one submitted by azaitzeff on August 15, 2018, 8:10pm This is my favorite book in the series. It also stands alone. I like the ending. If you do not want to read the entire series stop here, it has a good ending.

Long-winded submitted by lstorc on August 27, 2018, 6:26pm This book could be shortened down to about a third of its size and still convey the same message. It was in this book that Orson Scott Card became too long-winded with the series.

Like the first book better submitted by minghsuan on August 28, 2020, 3:15pm This book is a little more tedious to read
