Wonderful
I can remember as a child taking this book and just sitting for what seemed like hours (though probably was only a few minutes) looking at all the things that surround the some of the pictures in this book. I think the copy I owned had illustrations of what horsepower meant inside the front cover as well, though the library's copies do not.
On top of that, the story's a joy to read and the regular illustrations are wonderful to look at. Definitely a children's classic.

Perfect for a 2.5 year old.
My 2.5 year old son loved this book. Loved, loved, loved. We had to renew it several times so I could read it to him again and again.
