Interlibrary Loan Form

Our interlibrary loan service assists patrons in borrowing library books not found in our collection. The time frame for obtaining interlibrary loan items varies depending upon availability, shipping, and distance of the lending library (generally from two to four weeks).

The following items are not available through Interlibrary Loan:

Audio-visual materials (videos, DVDs, CDs, BOCs, BOCDs, e-books, etc)
Titles owned by the Ann Arbor District Library (available, in circulation or on hold)
New books On Order for the Ann Arbor District Library

The following items are difficult to obtain through Interlibrary Loan:

Reference and genealogy books
Books published within the last 6 months
Rare or unusual publications
Items not listed in WORLDCAT with lending libraries in the United States

Storytimes & Playgroups will be offered at the Traverwood Branch beginning Thurs., July 17. No registration required! Preschool Storytimes: Thursdays, July 17, 24 & 31, 10 – 10:30 am.
