Downtown Library, Second Floor. August, 1989

Patrons find a quiet place to read and study on the 2nd floor of the Downtown library during the second renovation of the building. Construction began in June of 1989 and was completed in July of 1990, increasing the size of the library from 53,000 square feet to 97,000 square feet.
